Refund Policy

At Soul Soar, we are committed to providing high-level, individualized coaching, evidence-based programming, and expert regulatory consulting. Because our services involve significant professional time, proprietary resources, and immediate onboarding, we adhere to the following policy:

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access to custom-designed programs, all sales for Online Fitness/Nutrition Coaching and Program Design Only are final.
Commitment: We believe that lasting results require consistency. When you purchase a monthly plan, you are securing a professional partnership and a roadmap tailored specifically to your physiology and goals.

Cancellation Window: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an in-person session.
Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will be charged at the full session rate ($60).
Package Expiration: Monthly training packages ($229/mo) must be used within the calendar month of purchase and do not roll over, ensuring we maintain a consistent training stimulus for your progress.

Hourly & Project Fees: Payments for hourly consulting services, site audits, and completed custom roadmaps are non-refundable once the service has been rendered or the deliverable has been provided.
Retainer Services: Monthly consulting retainers secure dedicated operational availability on our calendar. Retainer fees are billed at the start of the service cycle and are non-refundable. You may cancel upcoming retainer agreements with 30 days' written notice.
Rescheduling: For scheduled on-site audits or staff training sessions, we request at least 48 hours' notice for any date or time modifications.
