At Soul Soar, we are committed to providing high-level, individualized coaching and evidence-based programming. Because our services involve significant professional time and the immediate delivery of proprietary digital plans, we adhere to the following policy:
Digital Coaching & Program Design

No Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products and the immediate access to custom-designed programs, all sales for Online Fitness/Nutrition Coaching and Program Design Only are final.

Commitment: We believe that lasting results require consistency. When you purchase a monthly plan, you are securing a professional partnership and a roadmap tailored specifically to your physiology and goals.
In-Person Training (Fitness On Main)

Cancellation Window: We require at least 24 hours' notice for the cancellation or rescheduling of an in-person session.

Late Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will be charged at the full session rate ($60).

Package Expiration: Monthly training packages ($229/mo) must be used within the calendar month of purchase and do not roll over, ensuring we maintain a consistent training stimulus for your progress.
Exceptional Circumstances
We understand that life happens. In the event of a medical emergency or physical injury that prevents training, please contact us directly to discuss a temporary "hold" on your services.
